What are the regular rates for your on-site technicians?

There is a one-time $35 on-site fee and an hourly rate of $75. Each hour after the first is billed in quarter increments. For emergency service, where a technician can be at your home or business within 2 hours, there is a $50 on-site fee and $100 hourly rate. There are no hidden fees. Our computer recycling fee is $45.99* for up to 60 pounds. Compare us to other companies! You will find that we offer premier service without the premium rates. We currently accept payments by cash, checks and PayPal.

Are there any discounts available?

We offer a 10-hour pre-paid plan at an hourly rate of $70. If emergency service is required it will be billed separately at $90 an hour.

What is your guarantee?

Top-Rate Tech guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with the service we have provided, a refund of up to $175 can be received, excluding the $35 on-site fee. The price of the service is not a legitimate reason for refund.
